My Experience
I always wanted to do Reiki for years, my life finally lined it up a few years ago and it found me when I was a little bent, not broken.I completed Reiki I, Reiki II and Reiki Master in Holy Fire Reiki, after surgeries, pain and years on medication, I stopped numbing with alcohol and chose to feel it all.
Holy Fire Reiki became my lifeline. It showed me my inner Phoenix, helped me rebuild, finish my book and live for rising not just surviving, healing was raw and real and it refined me the Inner child the real me.
Reiki took me back to my younger self, I cried, I listened, and I became the adult she needed. I did self reiki more than once, each time another layer, now a month off 40 years old and still rising, I appreciate how far I have come in my life.
What is Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese hands on relaxation practice from the early 1900s founded by Mikao Usui. I the Reiki Master place my hands lightly on or above your body to support natural relaxation, balance and rebalance.
Why People Book
I’m not the healer, you are. In session I am the conduit, the clear channel, the funnel for the white light to flow through my hands and presence. My purple aura holds the space, your system remembers how to heal.
Every healer still needs healing. This isn’t a massage, It goes deeper, Reiki Touch is slow, intentional hand movements with light pressure that guide energy through chakras and meridians and restore flow.
It can feel massage-like, but it’s energetic and gentle on the nervous system, either touch or above the body it is your choice, you will feel lighter, clearer, and recharged.
Stress and over thinking, burnout, poor sleep, overactive mind, grief, post illness fatigue, aches and pains,”wired but tired” days or just a quiet hour to reset without taking brining you peace calm and clarity.

Some people experience warmth or tingling, deep relaxation, softer shoulders, quieter head, sometimes gentle emotion release or simply just calm that they fall asleep. feeling grounded, clear and more refreshed its like an internal reset. Some release emotion, Some get fresh focus, That’s energy moving, you walk away with the quiet knowing that you are a little bent, not broken, and your inner Phoenix is alive.
Before and After Tips
Before ~ hydrate, eat light, wear comfy clothes, arrive with an open mind.
After~ rest, hydrate, notice shifts, journal or stretch or take a gentle walk, speak softly to yourself. Think white-light reset for your whole being.

Energy healing isnt just for humans our animals feel it too.
As a Reiki Master and Animal Reiki Practitioner, I now offer gentle heart centred healing session that support your pets physical, emotional, and energentic wellbeing.
What Animal Reiki Can Offer:
~ Pain, recovery, and post surgery support
~ Anixety, fear, or behavioural changes
~ End of life comfort and peaceful transitions
~ Trauma, grief, or emotional distress
~ Bond strengthening between yourself and your animal
Reiki always works along side your vet’s care and never in place of it, It can help calm the nervous system, supports healing and sometimes even reduce the need for additional medication or frequent visits.
Sessions are intuitive, gentle and can be done in person or via distance healing via a private zoom allowing your pet to relax safely in their own environment.
Because healing doesnt just stop with us, it ripples through everything we love.
Each session is $88 and runs for as long as you pet needs, no timers no rush.
Animals are like us too “A Little Bent Not Broken” but they too know when they have had enough healing energy, I will always honour that natural boundary.
Sessions will flow with every animal being different and uniquely them selves all sessions are guided and each and every one the animals energy’s tells its own story, while Reiki simply listens and flow to where it’s needed to go.

Reiki goes beyond the physical body.
