Embodied Mindful Movement
Welcome to this practice BEMINDFUL a unique approach from life lived experience and shaped through holistic approach combines gentle Movement, Breath and Awareness to help calm the nervous system and restore inner balance helping you reconnect with yourself.
It’s not about clearing your mind or becoming someone different, This is about remembering who you already are. Whether life feels overwhelming, uncertain, busy chaotic or simply disconnected, BEFKNMINDFUL offers practical tools that can be introduced into your everyday life with one breath, one movement, and one moment at a time.
Being Mindful was created because healing doesn’t always begin with another answer, Sometimes it begins with awareness, One breath and noticing how your body feels with reconnecting to yourself.
Healing begins when we become present.
We work with the chakras, meridian lines, fascia, and chi (energy flow) while also connecting with the natural elements Earth, Water, Fire, and Air.
These elements reflect our inner emotional and energetic states.
The body stores stress, tension, and unprocessed emotions in the fascia and nervous system. Slow, mindful movement helps release what the body has been holding, bringing a sense of calm, grounding, and clarity with movement.
When we learn to pause we begin to notice, observe, reconnect and things begin to change. This isn’t just movement its not just breathwork its not just mindfulness, It’s a complete approach that brings together the Body Mind and Soul.
Every Session is designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are sitting in stillness, moving with intention, breathing deeply or just simply learning to observe without judgement every session is guided by one intention and that is bringing them together through one connected experiencce.
We dont just carry life in our thoughts, we carry it in our bodies. Somatic Embodiment Movement encourages body awareness rather than only the mind that eases the nervous system and regulation with noticing patterns building self awareness with connection of what matters most.
BeFknMindful helps you reconnect with both and is where mindfulness meets movement, awareness meets embodiment and the healing becomes a way of living in the present moment.
This is not about pushing the body, It’s about listening to it.

What is Neigong & Qigong?
Neigong and Qigong are internal movement practices that combine breath, awareness, and gentle movement to support the body’s natural energy flow.
“Qi” means life force energy and “Gong” means cultivation or practice. These practices help circulate energy through the body, calm the nervous system, and release tension stored in the muscles and fascia.
The movements are slow and mindful, helping bring the body back into balance. No experience or flexibility is needed.
BeFknMindFul Coaching Course
#BeFknMindful ~Pause ~ Connect
Life bent me more than once, Reiki lit the white light.
Reiki cracked me open,The healing started and then I had to learn how to slow my head down. I didn’t come to mindfulness because life was calm, I came because it was loud.
I committed to a mindfulness practice, one focus each week. It gave me depth and a way to go within, I learned to meet the rush with a pause, drop into my heart, and connect.
Now I share and coach it… It’s simple. Trauma-aware and usable for kids, teens and adults of all ages. How it lives in my daily life, real and not fancy.
I practice the one thing daily, my local coach taught me be Mindful, Pause and Connect we can do that anywhere anytime. I’m not gonna lie mindfulness is a practice you have to practise, Do it daily and it becomes habit, it’s what you put into it that you will get out of it.
Mindfulness to me is a Practice of being aware of the Now, The Present Moment with kindness love and appreciation and he Silent Observer is the part of you that notices without jumping in.
Mindfulness is a practice and when you do it daily it then becomes habit. I say “What you put in is what you will get out of it.”

What Mindfulness Gives You (When You Actually Practice It)
Mindfulness isn’t about being calm all the time, It’s about learning how to come back when you’re not.
Through this work you learn how to:
• Notice your thoughts without getting dragged by them
• Slow your nervous system when life feels loud
• Respond instead of react
• Sit with feelings without them running the show
• Catch old patterns before they take over
• Create space between a trigger and your response
• Build self-trust instead of self-criticism
• Feel more grounded in your body, not stuck in your head
This isn’t “positive thinking.”
It’s nervous system training and awareness in real life.
What you get from it depends on how you show up.
Mindfulness works when you practice it not perfectly, just consistently.
This is how I learned to come back to myself, and it’s how you learn to rise back into yours being steady, aware, and stronger from the inside out.
